Ajapsandali (Georgian Vegetable Stew) recipe
Vegetarian By pre-orderAjapsandali is the Georgian answer to ratatouille: eggplant, peppers, tomatoes and potatoes stewed together, then finished with garlic, chili and a fistful of herbs. It is good hot, better warm and best the next day, cold, with bread and cheese.
